IPC Swimming Technical Committee

The IPC Swimming Technical Committee (STC) has a newly appointed member in the position of Head of Competition.

Andre Cats, a high performance manager from The Netherlands and previously coach of many successful paralympic athletes  joined the STC this week, and with his appointment the STC has now all the position available filled.
