World Championships Programme

With the second entries closed on 23 April IPC Swimming received interest from 55 NPCs with over 700 athletes to compete in the 2010 IPC Swimming World Championships on 15-21 August in Eindhoven.

The program has been adjusted in accordance with the entries received:  2010_04_30_Programme of events

Events that won't take place, but swimmers enetered in this event can swim up to the next viable event, are: 

• women 50m freestyle S1
• women 100m freestyle S1
• women 200m freestyle S1
• women 50m butterfly S3 and S4
• women 50m backstroke S1
• women 50m breaststroke SB1
• women 150m ind. medley SM1 and SM2
• women 400m freestyle relay 49 points
• Women 400m medley relay 49 points

• men 50m butterfly S2 and S3
• men 200m freestyle S1
• men 50m backstroke S1
• men 50m breaststroke SB1
• women 150m ind. medley SM2

Events that are not going to take place due that there was no entry received:

• women 50m butterfly S1 and S2
• men 50m butterfly S1
• men 150m ind. medley SM1

The final programme is subject to change due to final entries that are closing 02 July.
