Deadline Approaching for IPC Swimming World Entries
The final entry deadline is rapidly approaching for athletes and teams interested in competing at the 2010 International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Swimming World Championships in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
The online entry system for registration will officially close on 2 July, at 12:00 CET. Any late entries or changes to already registered entries submitted will not be accepted. If you are interested in being a part of the World Championships and have not yet registered, please do so before 2 July 2010.
For teams participating, the official ‘Team Leaders Manual’ is now available online on the IPC Swimming website. The manual offers a complete and comprehensive overview of all matters related to the World Championships in Eindhoven, including transportation, accommodation, logistics and the competition schedule.
Taking place from 15-21 August 2010, the 2010 IPC Swimming World Championships will be seeing top athletes with a disability from all around the world. The big event will also be offering a special Observers’ Programme for all Organizing Committees who are interested in planning future Swimming competitions. The Observers’ Programme will be lead by representatives from the IPC and the Local Organizing Committee in Eindhoven.
The official deadline for Media Accreditation has been extended to 30 June.
